SeaPort-NxG Announcement #12 19 July 2018
Reference is made to SeaPort-NxG Announcement #7, Preparing for DCAA/DCMA Audits, dated 15 June 2018.
Offerors are reminded that, as stated, audits will not be requested ahead of contract award.
All SeaPort-NxG offerors who plan on bidding on flexibly priced contract actions but do not currently hold an approved accounting system/acceptable financial capability audit should request the checklist to be used in determining readiness for an audit by emailing Patrick.mika@navy.mil. Offerors are encouraged to return the completed checklist via email to Mr. Mika for preliminary review; however, audits will not be requested based on returning the completed checklist. Audits will only be requested for offerors who receive a SeaPort-NxG MAC.
