It is anticipated that one firm-fixed price purchase order will be issued.

The RFQ includes two line items: CLIN 0001 for acoustic testing (required) and Option CLIN 1001 for EMC and electrical interface testing. Under CLIN 0001, the contractor must implement acoustic dampening measures on two APD units, execute airborne and structure-borne noise testing per specified procedures, test four government-furnished pumps, and provide detailed test reports. The period of performance is one year from contract award. The option CLIN 1001, if exercised, requires six months for performance and includes first article inspection of two APD units using government-provided isolation valve controllers and valves, with testing and reporting per specified procedures. The government will furnish the APD units within 30 days of award and, if the option is exercised, will provide the isolation valve controller and valves within 30 days of option exercise. Responses are due by 11:00 AM EDT on September 21, 2026, submitted to christopher.c.rolince.civ@us.navy.mil.
