About this file

This is a DD Form 1423 (Contract Data Requirements List) dated February 2024 that specifies data deliverables for a contract involving the IM-272A/WDQ Air Particle Detector system. The form identifies a single data item requirement: Test/Inspection Reports for the air particle detector, referenced under Performance Work Statement sections 3.1.5 and 3.2.3, with the requiring office designated as NAVSEA 04RD (Naval Sea Systems Command).

The contractor must deliver a draft test report within 60 days of completing testing, with the government providing comments within 60 days of draft receipt. The contractor shall incorporate government comments and submit the final test report no later than 30 days after receiving comments, with government acceptance or rejection required within 60 days of final submittal. The overall delivery timeline for the final test report is 150 days after completion of testing. All reports must be submitted electronically in Adobe PDF format to the technical points of contact identified in the contract. The information produced is classified as Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) under DoD guidance 5200.48, with Distribution Statement C authorization limiting distribution to U.S. Government agencies and their contractors, with administrative and operational use through November 2025. The form indicates contract line item number, contract number, and contractor information are to be determined (TBD), as this is a template prepared by Adrienne Capil and approved by Connie Hall at NSWCCD Code 631.
