· Describe the work products and/or services delivered to the customer under this past contract/task order.
· Describe the relevance of the past contract/task order in comparison to the requirements described in Solicitation N00167-24-R-0040 Amendment 001, with respect to scope, similarity in size (item quantities), period of performance, and complexity (e.g. task, dollar value, contract type, high-volume/quantity).
· Describe significant achievements, challenges, or obstacles that were encountered during contract/task order performance and the measures taken to overcome them.
· Provide performance criteria/measures that were applied in evaluating performance, for the contract/task order identified. The performance criteria/measures should be specific and show the target performance levels that are/were set forth under the contract/task order as well as the level of performance achieved, for the most recent period of performance of the contract/task order.
· Describe the tools and/or methods used to collect metrics data and the frequency of data collection and reporting.
· Provide a detailed description of the technical specifications required to be met by the end item(s) delivered under the referenced contract and how the end item was able to meet those specifications.
· Provide a detailed description of the production process for the end items delivered under the referenced contract, identifying early, on-time, and late deliveries, and any obstacles overcome in the production process.
