Information produced for this CDRL shall be considered Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). In accordance with the DoD phased CUI Program implementation, all documents must carry CUI markings in accordance with 5200.48 – Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).
Block 10, 12 and 13: The final ICAPS Data shall be delivered 30 days after the completion of the Provisioning Conference.
Block 14: Media Requirement: Preliminary and final issues shall be submitted electronically in Microsoft Excel 2010 through newer versions. Preliminary and final issues shall be submitted electronically as attachments to:
