About this file
This document is a Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) for Electronic Personal Dosimeter (EPD) test/inspection reports. It specifies that the contractor shall submit a test report covering each EPD tested no later than 240 days after contract award, and within 15 days after test completion if failures are found. The reports must be submitted electronically in PDF format and are subject to distribution statement C, restricting them to U.S. Government agencies and contractors. The CDRL is required for a five-year contract to procure a total of 30,600 photon EPDs and 50 software-interface readers, per the Request for Proposal (RFP) N00167-24-R-0040 issued by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a lowest price technically acceptable basis.
