1. Question: We cannot find evidence of the 134-unit purchase as cited in the Industry Day Handout. It also appears that units procured in that time frame would have been IM-272 units, not IM-272A units. We would appreciate clarification or an answer to the following question.

Answer: The pricing at industry day reflected the IM-272 unit price in range between 100 and 134 units and was not indicative of the IM-272A pricing. The answer to question two documents historical pricing for the IM-272A APD units.

1. Question: How many IM-272A units have been procured, when were they delivered, and at what Unit Price?

Answer: Under N0016713D002, the historical IM-272A APD unit price based on the procurement of 60 units is $57,993.

1. Question: Is the delivery date for CLIN 0002 the initial delivery date or the final delivery date?

Answer: The delivery dates for CLINs 0002, 0003, 0004, and 0005. Have been updated to assume the last date of delivery assuming a 30 September 2019 award. These dates assume a 13 month schedule to deliver 80 units. If the Government procures 25 units, the delivery schedule will be modified to reflect 10 units in 6 months and then 10 units thereafter during performance. CLIN 0006 assumed 70 units and delivery within 12 months for all 70. Please note the delivery schedule will change but offerors shall assume options and base CLIN will begin on 30 September each year. Each production CLIN will start one year later than the previous production CLIN as shown in the illustrative example below:

CLIN Assumed Start Date for Proposal Purposes CLIN 0002 – 30 September 2019 CLIN 0003 – 30 September 2020 CLIN 0004 – 30 September 2021 CLIN 0005 – 30 September 2022 CLIN 0006 – 30 September 2023

1. Question: Should the delivery dates for CLINs 0004, 0005, and 0006 all be 31 March (like CLIN 0003)?

Answer: See answer to question 3.

1. Question: I would like to access the GFI documents. How do I receive these documents?

Answer: Pursuant to clause L-204-H001, the contractor must possess a facility security clearance issued by the Defense Security Services at the level stated in the Contract Security Classification Specification, DD Form 254. The facility security clearance is needed to access GFI document titled “Next Generation Air Particle Detector-Factory Vibration Acceptance Criteria; Approval with Comment,” dated 1 December 2014.
