About this file
This document is an amendment (Amendment 0005) to the Automated Digital Network System (ADNS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) solicitation issued by the Navy Information Warfare Systems Command. The amendment modifies two key sections of the original solicitation: Section K (Representations, Certifications, and Other Statements of Offerors) and Section L (Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Bidders).
Specific changes include updating the Annual Representations and Certifications clause, revising the estimated effective award date to 09 December 2025, and providing detailed instructions for submitting electronic proposals. The solicitation seeks contractors to deliver Build-to-Print (BTP) ADNS production units, Cyber Threat Upgrades (CTUs), Mission Focused Upgrades (MFUs), kits, modules, components, software, spares, and lab material for Shore, Surface, Submarine, and Airborne platforms. Proposals are due by 1400 San Diego local time on 05 August 2025, with a requirement for prime contractors to be U.S. companies capable of receiving classified documents up to the SECRET level. The contract will support production activities, including program management functions, with specific requirements to be defined in individual Delivery Orders.
