About this file

This document contains a past performance questionnaire and survey related to a Navy solicitation for logistics, engineering, integration, procurement, fabrication, assembly, test, inspection, zone integration, and installation services for aircraft carriers and amphibious ships. The incumbent contractor is requested to provide past performance references for evaluation. The survey addresses quality, schedule, cost control, management, and small business utilization on the incumbent's previous contract. Respondents are asked to evaluate the contractor's performance in these areas as exceptional, very good, satisfactory, marginal, or unsatisfactory.
