2 7/26/2024 Section L N/A N/A Proposal Due Date and Inquiries/Bidders Questions Deadlines

Bidder Requests a Proposal Due Date Extension from 06 Sept 2024 to 27 Sept 2024 and an Inquiries/Bidders Questions Submittal Deadline Extension from 05 Aug 2024 to 26 Aug 2024, based upon the following rationale; Bidder received RFP Amendment 0001 on 26 July 2024. RFP Amendment 0001 indicated that the original RFP was issued on 08 July 2024. Bidder has a process to search for new NAVSEA RFPs everyday, but the original 08 July 2024 RFP was not known about until 26 July 2024, the date that RFP Amendment 0001 was issued. On 26 July 2024, Bidder searched for the original RFP dated 08 July 2024. This search indicated that the original 08 July 2024 RFP has been deleted. Bidder is extremely interested in providing the Gov't a bid for BOXER FY25 SRA; as such, Biddder is requesting the above described Proposal Due Date and Bidders Questions Deadline Extensions. This additional proposal preparation time is required to prepare the required price and non-price proposals providing the Gov't with a viable contract execution option and competition for the BOXER FY25 SRA requirement. In addition, the following RFP Sections indicate that Vessel Docking is required; Section B - Daily Extension Rates, Additional Dry-Docking Days; Section C - Location, Dry Dock Certification Required; Section L - Attach J-10 20% Open/Inspect (Docking) and High Level Schedule Substantiation, "Dock Vessel to PCD". Please clarify whether Docking the Vessel is an RFP requirement?

3 7/26/2024 Section L N/A N/A Section L, V.B.2.3.a(1) The RFP states, "Offers shall enter a prospoed milestone for 20% Open/Inspect (Docking)." The Government concurs that there are no docking requirements for this availability. Please see updated contract language in Amendment 0003.

4 7/26/2024 Section L N/A N/A Section L, V.B.2.3.b

As there are no docking requirements in this availability, please revise this requirement.

5 7/26/2024 Section L N/A N/A Section L, V.B.2.3.b(1) Is it allowable to format the Overarching Schedule pages to 11x17 inch paper with one inch margins?
