About this file
This modification amends a solicitation for a force protection boat contract. The Navy seeks to award a 5-year IDIQ contract for the design, construction, testing, and management of small and large force protection boats. The boats will provide anti-terrorism and force protection patrols for Navy installations, including patrol, interrogation of waterborne assets, and escorting large vessels. The amendment adds a provisioning item order CLIN for potential foreign military sales reactivations and associated training. Offerors must check SAM.gov regularly for amendments and submissions are due by the time and date specified in the solicitation. The Department of the Navy Naval Sea Systems Command is the contracting agency.
