Attachment 2 - Labor Categories and Minimum Qualifications
A.2.1. All positions associated with this SOW and any resulting TO are required to perform the following tasks as a minimum, unless otherwise stated in a TO;
track program/project status and schedules; apply policies and procedures for financial planning; schedule and coordinate meetings, agendas, boards; analyze program requirements, status, budget and schedules; perform program management, technical, or business case analyses; partici pate as a member of and/or support the specified PMO and PMO-directed business meetings; collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs; draft presentations in various formats to present results of analysis; provide escort services, manage Government property and facilities on behalf of and in concert with the JPO, and support meeting with PMOs and other JPO contract support personnel.
A.2.2. The Contractor shall be responsible for employing personnel with the qualifications and skills required to successfully accomplish the tasking outlined in the SOW. Additionally the Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring personnel possess and maintain the appropriate security clearance identified in the individual task orders.
A.2.3. Minimum Education and Experience Table. Unless otherwise stated in the tables below and/or within a resulting TO, the minimum education and experience for each of the reference level of expertise are as follows:

Experience in the management of training programs, program management, or equivalent experience

Acts as the Strategic Initiatives (SI) Training Coordinator to assist the
Strategic Initiatives Team Lead within the Enterprise Planning (EP) directorate of the F-35 JPO
Supports the JPO Training Program by maintaining the current offerings and assisting to expanding the scope of the program for better support of the personnel and organizational strategies of the JPO
Provides administrative support for JPO-wide training programs
Assists in developing and executing annual plans for training in support of the overall JPO objectives
Coordinates with sources of training, assists in managing the training budget and helps schedule programs that deliver focused and relevant training to JPO personnel
Assists in management and execution of funding actions for training with internal financial manager and external agencies

Junior/Mid HS Diploma Mid-Level: A minimum of two (2) years experience providing facility support services to the DoD
Junior Level: A minimum of one (1) year experience providing facility support services to the DoD
Labor Category SOC Level Education Experience
The Contractor shall provide security escort services to F-35 Joint
Program Office (JPO) facilities at Wright Patterson, AFB OH, and
Arlington, VA. The Contractor shall ensure escorts are available during the hours of 0700 and 1600 daily and on a 24/7 on-call basis dependent upon mission requirements
Provides escorts to support sanitation services in all F-35 JPO facilities
Provides escorts to support construction/remodeling of F-35 JPO facilities
Provides escorts to support building engineers, maintainers and facility personnel
Provides escorts/support for office moves throughout multiple JPO locations in Crystal City, VA. Locations include, but are not limited to:
