About this file
This is a training memorandum outlining the NAC (National Acquisition Center) process for training on delivery orders beginning with the February 2016 consolidation. The document appears to be related to a Department of Veterans Affairs equipment procurement.
The memorandum establishes that applications training will be included with equipment purchases, while off-site training (Biomed, Physician & Physicist) will be removed from delivery order awards. Customers must submit training requests at the time of need, including attendee names and course dates. HTME will process these requests as delivery order modifications, covering only tuition costs while travel expenses are handled at the facility level. Completion certificates are required for vendor payment. This document appears to be establishing procedural guidelines rather than soliciting specific products or services.
