This is a Q&A document for RFP 24-482DPH-FINAN-B-46592 from the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) for Media Advertising services. The RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive media advertising and campaign services across multiple programmatic areas, including employee recruitment, health disparities, and other public health initiatives. Proposals are due January 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Time. This is a new long-term media advertising initiative for IDPH, with the agency typically conducting a small number of large statewide campaigns annually along with smaller focused efforts.
