B-3 PRICE EVALUATION PER SECTION M
(1) The total evaluated price for these CLINS will be determined as follows:
Note: Proposed pricing in the following example utilizes Production Year 1 Option CLINs 0016-0018 and does not represent a Government estimate or suggested prices. Price evaluation of Production Years 2 and 3 and Spares for LOGCOM will be conducted the same.
a. For each CLIN with a step-ladder quantity range, the proposed unit price will be multiplied by the maximum quantity in that step-ladder quantity range to yield a range amount.

f. The total mid-point weighted average price for Option CLINs 0016-0018, Production Year 1, will be multiplied by the maximum step-ladder range quantity of 250 to yield the total evaluated price for Production Year 1.

| $217,377.50 |
(2) For Time and Material CLINs, the evaluated price will be calculated by multiplying the proposed labor rate by the maximum number of hours of not to exceed 1,000 hours. The Offeror shall propose only one (1) labor rate for Time and Material CLINs. Materials shall be non-fee bearing with a not to exceed amount of $100,000.00 and will be calculated using the $100,000.00 not to exceed amount only.
(3) For all other CLINs, the CLIN quantity will be multiplied by the proposed CLIN unit price to yield the total CLIN evaluated price.
(4) As part of this evaluation, the Government may consider Defense Contract Audit Agency audit information and other information the Government deems relevant.
(5) CLIN evaluation prices will be added to determine the total evaluated price.
(6) Offeror’s shall also provide total evaluated price and the mid-point weight average for their proposal, following the instructions of this section.
(7) Upon contract award, prices used will be those proposed, not weighted and/or evaluated for each CLIN and Option CLIN.
(8) See Section M for additional guidance.
