RFP M67854-13-R-7803
DATE:

CONTRACTOR QUESTION
SUBJECT:
Timing for Delivery of Supplies for Delivery Orders
SPECIFIC QUESTION:
M67854-13-R-7803.pdf dated 8 FEB 2013
F.3 DELIVERABLES
“Each Delivery Order will detail the required deliverables (if necessary).
Please note that all supplies, regardless of quantity ordered, must be delivered within 90 calendar days of the Government’s issuance of a Delivery Order.”
In RFP Section F.3, the Government requires that all supplies be delivered within 90 days of issue of a Delivery Order. However, in Exhibit A, the Government requirement for delivery includes items with long lead times.
For orders including items with lead times that preclude a 90-day delivery (whether for a drop shipment, or for items installed and tested), will the Government consider that delivery requirements need to be defined for each Delivery Order based on its specific requirements (or each project, if there are multiple projects per delivery order), and may need to be longer than 90 days?
