About this file
This file is an RFP Amendment 4 Attachment 3 detailing the Initial and Sample Task Order Matrix for a Marine Corps Central Command (MARCENT) professional support services contract. The solicitation covers a 60-month base ordering period from 15 May 2026 to 14 May 2031, with an initial task order for the first year and a sample task order for the remaining four years. The contract will provide professional services across multiple functional areas including command element, manpower, intelligence, operations, logistics, planning, communications, and strategic support both within CONUS and OCONUS locations.
The matrix specifically outlines office space allocation across various sections, with 71 total desk spaces available (61 at MacDill Air Force Base and 10 at 5th MEB in Bahrain). Offerors are required to develop a labor mix using predefined labor categories in the Attachment 2 Staffing Matrix, with detailed hour requirements for each task order period. The attachment emphasizes that no pricing information should be included, and contractors must accommodate their proposed labor solution within the specified office space constraints across different organizational sections such as Command Element, Manpower, Intelligence, Operations, Logistics, Plans and Policy, Communications, Financial Management, and Force Surgeon support.
