About this file
The document is a Past Performance Relevancy Matrix Excel spreadsheet for the MARCENT OAMS Follow-On solicitation (M00264-25-R-0001). The matrix provides a comprehensive template for contractors to document their past performance records, focusing on evaluating the relevance of previous contract work to the current Marine Corps Central Command (MARCENT) professional support services requirement.
The matrix captures detailed information including contractor name, performance record details, contract scope, complexity, magnitude, and relevance ratings. Contractors must provide up to four past performance records within the last four years, demonstrating experience in areas such as command element support, intelligence, operations, logistics, planning, communications, operations plans, concept plans, strategy development, and wargaming exercise support. The document includes a defined relevance rating scale ranging from "Very Relevant" to "Not Relevant," which will be used to assess the alignment of a contractor's previous work with the MARCENT 2.0 solicitation requirements.
