About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for Solicitation M00264-25-R-0001, seeking professional services for the Marine Corps Central Command (MARCENT) Operational, Analytical, Management Services (OAMS) Follow-On contract. The requirement involves providing comprehensive professional support services across multiple MARCENT directorates, including command element, manpower, intelligence, operations, logistics, planning, communications, and strategic support functions both within CONUS and OCONUS environments.
The PPQ is designed to capture detailed performance evaluation information from previous contract assessors, with ratings covering customer satisfaction, timeliness, technical success, quality of performance, and cost control. The document provides a structured framework for government personnel to assess and document a contractor's past performance across five key evaluation areas, using ratings ranging from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory. Completed questionnaires must be emailed to specified USMC contacts at least two days prior to the solicitation's close, with a focus on obtaining verified performance history for potential contractors.
