About this file
This is Amendment 1 to a U.S. Navy Request for Proposal for a lease-to-purchase arrangement of warehouse distribution space for Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) West Coast in Chino, California. The solicitation number is N62470-26-RP-00006 (LI-14113), issued by Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command, Atlantic on July 1, 2026, with Amanda R. M. Pack serving as the Real Estate Contracting Officer.
The amendment modifies three key provisions of the original RFP. Section A (Executive Summary, paragraph 6) extends the offer validity period from six (6) months to eight (8) months from the offer due date. Section B.2 (Offer Content) requires offerors to include a cover letter statement confirming the eight-month offer validity period and acknowledging that offers may only be withdrawn by written notice to the designated Point of Contact. Section B.7 (Late Submission, Modifications or Withdrawals of Proposals) clarifies that offers cannot be modified after the offer due date and establishes the procedure for offer withdrawal via email notification to the designated Point of Contact. All other provisions of RFP LI-14113 remain unchanged and in full effect.
