About this file

This file is a pricing template and schedule document for Army contracts. The Excel spreadsheet contains B Schedules and Price Data Sheets designed for contractors to submit pricing information in response to federal solicitations. These templates are standard government forms used to capture detailed pricing, labor rates, material costs, overhead, and other financial data required for contract evaluation and award.

The document serves as the pricing submission vehicle for contractors bidding on Army contract opportunities. It is structured to accommodate multiple line items, pricing alternatives, and various cost categories that allow the government to evaluate proposals on a standardized basis. Contractors must complete these price data sheets with accurate cost information, including labor categories with corresponding rates, material costs, direct charges, and indirect costs such as overhead and profit margins. The template is typically used in competitive solicitations where pricing competitiveness and cost reasonableness are key evaluation factors. For the Utilities Privatization of the Water System at U.S. Army Garrison-Hawaii solicitation, contractors would use this pricing schedule to submit their proposed rates and costs for owning, operating, and maintaining the water distribution system.
