About this file

This document is a Bid Schedule for the repair and renovation of Dormitory 2621 at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst (JB MDL) in New Jersey. The work includes renovating the sleeping rooms, bathrooms, common areas, mechanical, electrical, and telecom rooms, and installing a new HVAC system. The bid schedule provides a detailed breakdown of the base bid and option items, including quantities, unit prices, and total amounts for the various renovation activities. The allowance items include removal and disposal of slab-on-grade, asbestos-containing materials, and structural concrete. Pricing details require a breakdown of material, labor, equipment, subcontractor costs, and overhead. This bid schedule is part of a larger Request for Proposal (RFP) for the B2621 Dorm Construction Renovations project, which is a new construction requirement for the Department of the Air Force Air Mobility Command.
