This is Amendment #1 to Invitation to Bid (ITB) #32110-13456-13514 issued by the Tennessee Department of General Services for SWC 242 Ground Maintenance Equipment/UTVs/ATVs. The amendment updates the schedule of events with key dates including: Request for Information held on October 30, 2024, Questions and Comments due November 4, 2024, Solicitation Posted on November 13, 2024, and Responses Due by 4:00 p.m. CT on December 9, 2024.
The amendment clarifies bidding requirements, specifically addressing how vendors can bid different discounts for different models within the same equipment category. Bidders are allowed to submit different discount rates for multiple models in the same category, with brands/models to be listed in Columns G, H, and I of the Evaluation Model. If bidding more brands/models than available lines, vendors can submit additional evaluation models as needed. For evaluation purposes, if multiple discounts are bid on more than one model, the average discounted rate will be used.
