About this file
This is an instructional document providing guidance on completing forms in DocuSign for the County of Ocean, New Jersey's Interior Alterations to the P.E.E.R. Building, 2nd Floor contract opportunity. The document outlines a step-by-step process for bidders to submit their responses through the OpenGov platform, beginning with clicking the "Draft Response" button and navigating to the Questionnaire section where applicants will find a "Complete via DocuSign" button. Respondents must enter their name and the email address associated with their OpenGov login credentials, then complete all required fields marked in red within the DocuSign window before finalizing their submission.
The instructions emphasize critical procedural requirements to ensure proper document submission and integration into the OpenGov system. After completing and signing the DocuSign form, respondents have the option to download or print their signed document for their records. Most importantly, bidders must click the link stating "click here to load your completed document" immediately after finishing the DocuSign process to populate their document into the OpenGov platform; failure to complete this step will result in loss of progress and the submission will not be saved. These steps must be repeated for any additional questions in the solicitation that require DocuSign form completion.
