About this file
This is a preliminary site plan document for the State of Tennessee's Indian Mountain State Park, detailing a lake trail repaving project. The project scope includes removing and replacing approximately 1.1 miles of existing asphalt trail while widening it to six feet in width, establishing flush tie-end joints to meet existing asphalt surfacing at the parking lot, adding 120 feet of new asphalt trail from accessible parking areas, and removing 135 feet of existing asphalt while connecting the trail as a loop with 35 feet of new asphalt. The site plan indicates the project encompasses modifications to existing park infrastructure, including coordination with playground, picnic shelter and tables, basketball court, and ADA parking facilities within Indian Mountain State Park.
The document provides visual representation through a site plan diagram identifying the specific areas for trail removal (marked in red), new trail paths (marked in yellow), and existing park amenities. No specific pricing information, funding sources, contract award dates, bid response deadlines, or contract term details are provided within this preliminary site plan document. The plan serves as the foundational design specification for the repaving initiative and appears to be in preliminary stages, requiring further development for bidding and procurement purposes.
