About this file

This is a pricing submittal sheet template for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 7800 TJP1031 issued by the City of Austin, Texas, for maintenance and repair services for automotive parts washers, specifically Dyna-Brute Model #964101 equipment. The solicitation is divided into two categories: Category 1 covers repair labor services and preventive maintenance flat fees, while Category 2 addresses parts associated with repairs. Category 1 requests pricing for labor at an estimated annual quantity of 400 hours for repair services during normal business hours and 35 units annually for preventive maintenance flat fees on the specified equipment model. The City anticipates an annual spend of approximately $30,000 for parts associated with contractor repairs. Procurement is being managed by Tanisha Pappillion.

Offerors must submit all pricing on the provided Pricing Submittal Sheet, and any alterations to the sheet or exceptions to the solicitation may result in rejection of the offer. Unit prices should not exceed four decimal places, and all costs including administrative fees, overhead, shipping, and transportation to the Austin, Texas area must be included in the quoted prices. For Category 2 parts, pricing is based on a percentage discount applied to the Dyna-Brute Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) Parts List, with the discount remaining fixed throughout the contract term and any extension periods. The City reserves the right to award a single contract based on overall low cost or make multiple awards based on individual items, categories, or combinations of criteria deemed most advantageous. Bids will be verified for mathematical accuracy, with unit prices taking precedence over extended prices in case of discrepancies.
