In the CARE II SA website, once you select the RFP Title to bid, the CARE II SA Home Page opens up and there are headers at the top of the website that you can click on. One of these is the Rate Evaluation section, where we enter the rates requested. Next to the Rate Evaluation section there is a section marked “Service Profile” that has a drop down menu that includes Vessel Profile, Service String, and Service Route. My question is, do we need to submit the Service String and Service Route listed here? If so, can you please provide instructions on how to do this? Specifically, a list of String Codes and Names?
No, only rates must be submitted in CARE
