Government Responses to Questions submitted on the AT21 RFP March 16, 2007
Q1. Would it be possible to take a look at the demo room? It would help us plan for the demo?
Government Reply: Due to scheduling conflicts tours of the conference room are not available. See Section L-6, paragraph 5(f) for details of the product demonstration.
Q2. Who is required to sign the Bidders Library Non-Disclosure Agreement? Members of our support staff are not authorized to bind the company?
Government Reply: The Contracting Officer needs one NDA for each Prime and Subcontractor on file. The NDA needs to be signed by an individual authorized to bind the company. It is not necessary for your entire support staff to sign the AT21 NDA. It is the Prime and Subcontractors responsibility to ensure all employees comply with the terms of the NDA.
Q3. How can I determine if my company has a conflict of interest or a violation of a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)?
Government Reply: Please review the conflict of interest provision in the RFP. If a potential for a conflict exists, you should submit a mitigation plan with your proposal. The Government will determine the adequacy of your mitigation plan.
Q4. How can we get a demonstration of TransViz?
Government Reply: Offerors should consider TransViz as an interfacing system for the purposes data exchange. The Government will not provide demonstrations for TransViz or any other interfacing system.
