Final Remaining Q and A .
Q1) All of our PPQs have already been sent to the customer for completion to comply with the March
27, 2020 due date. Is it necessary to resubmit the new form, or are the previous forms sufficient?
A. The previous PPQ’s are sufficient. Please ensure that they are received directly from the customer and not submitted as part of the proposal submission packet.
Q2) How do we show pay rate on labor categories (attachment 2) that a subcontractor is proposing?
We don’t have those unburdened pay rates for our subcontractors.
A. Reference Addenda 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items. Compensation. Compensation Factor 1, will be evaluated on a “Go/No- Go” basis. If a Justification is not adequate to obtain and retain qualified workers, the offeror would not be eligible for award.
