Pricing Summary
Q1)

Option Period 3 (cells C51-C58) – incorrect quantities. States that it is a 6 month period but gives quantities for 12 months, this contradicts the quantities in the SF 1449 CLINs and the statement that this is a 6-month performance period. We assume the quantities should match the quantities on the SF 1449.

Duplication of Surge Support – (lines 66-73) – the surge support CLINs are listed twice, once in the respective contract years and once at the bottom of the table. This double counts the surge CLINs and appears to be in error. We assume this should be omitted.

No Total Amount formulas (cells F67-F72) – does not have a formula to total the price for surge support. Given the statement above, we assume these formulas should all be deleted so to not double count the surge costs.

• Formula Error - Total Evaluated Price (F76) – contains two reference errors in the formula and does not include all of the periods. We assume the formula should add the totals of each period.

A1. All errors have been coorected. Please see new Pricing Template Dated 9_18_2018.

Section L II Volume Organization, table page 75 does not include Resumes/CVs and LOCs. Additionally L.II.A.3 indicates that the page limit for Volume II is 75 pages.
Q 2.)

Section L II Volume Organization, table page 75 does not include Resumes/CVs and LOCs. Additionally L.II.A.3 indicates that the page limit for Volume II is 75 pages.

However Section L.C.2 page 78 states:

Offerors shall provide resumes and proof of employees’ consent, for personnel they are including in the proposal. Proof of Employee Consent shall also indicate the availability of proposed individuals (i.e. Is the proposed individual an existing, bona fide employee of the offeror or will employment of the proposed individual be contingent upon award of this contractor?) and be signed by that employee. Each resume shall be no longer than seven (7) pages. The resumes and proof of consent DO NOT against the ten (10) page limit of the Personnel Approach.

Our Question is: Are the resumes and proof of employees' consent count within the 75 page limit for Volume II? or should they be included as an Attachment?

A2) Yes, The resumes and proof of employees' consent are apart of the 75 page limit for Volume II?

Q3.) In the answers to questions in Amendment 002 the government states:

This contract has to be awarded before the end of fiscal year 19.

Our question:

Will the government please confirm this statement as it materially impacts pricing?

A3.) This contract will be awarded in FY18.
