5Attachment 5When we met with Kennedra, we shared that the timelines were off and we wanted to extend the dates by 5-7 days, especially for the January and September dates. This is not reflected in the contract opportunity.Jan 27 has been updated in PWS (highlighted)
6Attachment 5In the Performance Work Statement, there is reference to 430 students in K-8, however on the pricing sheet, there are 403 students in year one. Is it possible to know the source document for the quantity numbers on the pricing sheet?430 in PWS Section I General is just an estimated saying "approximately." Please go with the pricing sheet amount.
7Attachment 3 Pricing SheetIs the supplemental pricing sheet supposed to be the second tab of attachment 3 (pricing sheet)? Or is this supposed to be a separate attachment? I do not believe it is posted.Please price with as much detail as you can as requested in Addendum 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. This goes beyond the pricing sheet Attachment 3.
8Can you please define special education (20%) vs. special education (60%)? Is there an additional portion of 20%The 20% and 60% refer to the amount of time that the Special Education students spend in the general education classroom. Given that there are multiple placements that a student can have (in-district self-contained placement, pull out program, out-of-district private placement), refer to the pricing sheet which mentions other placement options that do not include 20% and 60%.
9Is there a limit on furniture purchases during this contract period?Furniture purchases will be discussed with the vendor in the future closer to the time when the elementary-middle school building is complete. More information on the future purchases including any limits, procedures and contractual requirements will occur at that time.
10Attachment 3 Pricing SheetCould you please provide clarification on the data under the quantity column of the Attachment 3 Pricing Sheet?
Is it possible for us to make adjustments to the quantity column on the Attachment 3 Pricing Sheet?Yes, adjustments to quantities can be made based on the most current and accurate numbers for each CLIN description.

Submission must be sent in electronically to the Contract Specialist and the Contracting Officer on or before the closing date as identified on the SF- 1449, Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items, Block 8. Your proposal must cite the solicitation Number and your corporation's name in your submission. Late submissions will not be accepted. (POCs are located at 3.1.)
