oIf yes, would you kindly provide us with the Contract number?
oIf no, would you kindly provide us with the latest Contract number that has performed this service or similar?Yes, HE125420C0003
2Attachment 3 Pricing SheetOn Attachment 3, the pricing sheet the quantity in the base year, there are only 310 students in K-5 where the other years is 311 students. Should this be 311 students?
0001AAGRADES K-5FFP310EachAll years should be 310.
3Attachment 5, 3.2.2In Attachment 5, 3.2.2, there is reference to the credentialing by Massachusetts not Delaware. Should this be Delaware?
3.2.2 All Contractor Personnel: Possess appropriate education and industry-related certifications, licensing and credentials accepted by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts to deliver and support…Corrected to Delaware.
4Attachment 5In Attachment 5, there is reference to Hanscom. Should this be Dover AFB?
Obj. 3, Task 3, Relationship with Hanscom AFB StakeholdersYes, Dover AFB.
5Attachment 5When we met with Kennedra, we shared that the timelines were off and we wanted to extend the dates by 5-7 days, especially for the January and September dates. This is not reflected in the contract opportunity.Jan 27 has been updated in PWS (highlighted)
6Attachment 5In the Performance Work Statement, there is reference to 430 students in K-8, however on the pricing sheet, there are 403 students in year one. Is it possible to know the source document for the quantity numbers on the pricing sheet?430 in PWS Section I General is just an estimated saying "approximately." Please go with the pricing sheet amount.
7Attachment 3 Pricing SheetIs the supplemental pricing sheet supposed to be the second tab of attachment 3 (pricing sheet)? Or is this supposed to be a separate attachment? I do not believe it is posted. Please price with as much detail as you can as requested in Addendum 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors. This goes beyond the pricing sheet Attachment 3.
8Can you please define special education (20%) vs. special education (60%)? Is there an additional portion of 20%The 20% and 60% refer to the amount of time that the Special Education students spend in the general education classroom. Given that there are multiple placements that a student can have (in-district self-contained placement, pull out program, out-of-district private placement), refer to the pricing sheet which mentions other placement options that do not include 20% and 60%.
9Is there a limit on furniture purchases during this contract period?Furniture purchases will be discussed with the vendor in the future closer to the time when the elementary-middle school building is complete. More information on the future purchases including any limits, procedures and contractual requirements will occur at that time.
