About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ HC101925R0007, a DISA-PAC Video Wall procurement. The document addresses technical clarifications regarding the replacement of existing LCD Panel video walls with LED video wall systems.

Key project details include: the LED video walls are replacements for existing LCD Panel installations with equipment cabinets located in communication rooms behind each wall location; contractor-provided remote power modules are required from the equipment room to the wall locations per PWS Paragraph 6.1.2; no As-Built drawings are available for the existing system. The procurement includes five Extron output boards (Part No. 70-1113-01) to replace existing fiber output boards and one spare unit, with confirmation that existing matrix switches have adequate capacity. Two Extron Fiber Optic Transmitters (Part No. 60-1276-11) will connect to Quantum outputs with two additional units provided as spares; both Quantums will be installed in Room 228 with HDMI extension required to the video wall processor in Room 237. The adjusted proposal due date was extended to 13 May 2026 per Amendment 0001 to account for a seven-day delay in corrective action notification for a related contract (HC101924R0003).
