About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFQ HC101925R0007, a Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Pacific (PAC) video wall solicitation.

The solicitation concerns a new video wall requirement with no incumbent contractor. Prospective contractors requested clarification on site visit availability, existing infrastructure, and control system integration. The government confirmed that no site visits will be scheduled. Technical details provided include: mounting surfaces and structural support are documented in attached "AV Wall Drawing"; cables can be routed under the raised false floor throughout the facility; and the current control system is AMX, which will be replaced by an Extron system in a separate project with equipment to be installed in the Storage room (Section D-1, Sheet 35, drawing A-110). The facility includes three video wall locations: East Video Wall, West Video Wall, and an unlabeled wall, with dimensions of 11'10" height and varying widths (41'6" to 45'). Architectural drawings are provided showing wall sections, structural details, raised floor construction, and mechanical duct routing specifications. Contractors must rely on provided documentation rather than on-site assessment to develop technical solutions and cost estimates.
