7. Technical Manuals: The offeror shall provide five hard copies and one CD in Microsoft Office format of the system manuals with the first delivery to the Government, in accordance with the specifications for a System Technical Manual (STM). Thirty days prior to delivery of the first terminal, the offeror shall submit all technical documentation for the installation, service, troubleshooting, and operation of the shipboard satellite communication terminal system to the Government for content approval. The Government shall review the technical documentation in accordance with the specifications for an STM. If the Government determines that additional data is required to meet the specifications for an STM, the contractor agrees to submit supplemental documentation for approval within 15 days of the Government’s request for such supplemental documentation. The Government reserves the right to reproduce technical manuals and data contained therein.
8. Onboard Repair Parts (OBRP) Data: OBRP Data shall be identified by part number, national stock number (if assigned), and unit price. (A set of OBRPs consists of replacement LRUs carried onboard ship during a 90-day deployment. OBRPs are removable and replaceable at the Organizational Level (O-Level) (i.e., aboard the ship or MSOC van). The OBRP set shall include all LRUs, all items necessary to maintain system availability, and high failure piece parts such as fuses, lights, etc. )
9. Installation and Checkout Spares (INCO) Data: INCO Data shall be identified by part number, national stock number (if assigned), and unit price.
