About this file
This document contains a price proposal template and labor category descriptions for a federal contract solicitation for survey services and market research. The solicitation seeks proposals for survey planning, design, administration, analysis, reporting, segmentation, identification of target markets, and ad hoc research requests to support military recruiting and personnel programs. Labor categories include subject matter experts, consultants, project managers, and data entry clerks. Pricing tables require fully burdened hourly rates for labor categories for the base year and four option years. Other direct expenses such as printing, paper, and data purchases must also be proposed. The work will support the Joint Advertising, Market Research and Studies program to meet recruitment and personnel needs of the Under Secretary of Defense for Personnel & Readiness.

General Information Price Proposal
GENERAL INFORMATION
The purpose of the requested information in the attached worksheets is to assist Government personnel in the review and evaluation of price proposals submitted by Offerors. Offerors are reminded that the responsibility for providing adequate supporting data and attachments lies solely with them. Further, the offeror must also bear the burden of proof in establishing reasonableness of proposed pricing; therefore, it is in the offeror’s best interest to submit a fully supportable and well-prepared price proposal. The basis and rationale for all proposed prices should be provided as part of the proposal so that Government personnel can place reliance on the information as complete and accurate.
