About this file

This document is a Subcontractor Consent Letter for the MARSOC MNOC Classroom Upgrade solicitation (H9225725RE006). The form enables subcontractors and teaming partners to provide consent for the government to disclose their past and present performance information to the prime contractor during the source selection process. The consent is specifically for a project to renew, replace, and upgrade voice, audio, video, and data systems infrastructure supporting the MARFORSOC Network Operator Course Classroom in Building RR425 at Stone Bay, Camp Lejeune, NC.

The document includes contact information for the Contracting Officer (Samuel Williams) and Contract Specialist (Betty Gonzalez) from the United States Special Operations Command (SOCOM), and provides a template for subcontractors to formally authorize performance information sharing. By signing, subcontractors acknowledge the government's emphasis on past performance in achieving best value and agree to allow performance discussions with the prime contractor during the proposal evaluation.
