About this file

This document is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) to gather market research and information for a future requirement similar to the current Special Operations Forces Global Logistics Support Services (GLSS) Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract.

The key details are as follows: USSOCOM's Program Executive Office (PEO) Special Operations Forces Support Activity (SOFSA) will host a tour and briefing at Bluegrass Station in Lexington, Kentucky on November 1, 8, and 15, 2023 to provide information on the scope and magnitude of the GLSS requirement. Vendors are invited to submit white papers by January 9, 2024 discussing ideas, concepts, best practices, and recommendations on how the GLSS requirement might be executed by a contractor. The white papers should not exceed 15 pages. Attendance at the tour is highly encouraged but not required to submit a white paper. Various business relationships will be considered, including joint ventures and mentor-protégé arrangements. The incumbent contract provides flexible and responsive logistics support services to fulfill USSOCOM's challenging logistics readiness requirements.
