Text version
1. Regarding C.8.1 (General and Administrative Requirements) for Locations 1 & 2, it states all operating engineers must be licensed under the local CBA for this area. If so, please provide a copy of the CBA.
CBA's are attached.
2. Is there a CMMS currently in place at both facilities?
CMMS is being implemented at both locations, no firm date is known, but probably within the next year I would say. The CMMS for both buildings is being built off of the equipment inventories attached with this solicitation.
3. Please provide the location and types of asbestos containing materials at the Robert Grant Federal Building & Courthouse.
Attached is a copy of the Asbestos & Lead paint Survey.
4. Is there parking available for employees at both facilities?
At location #1, general parking for engineers is in the east visitor's lot on a first come first served basis. There is no on site parking available at the South Bend Courthouse. Several pay lots are within a couple blocks of the building.
5. Per Section L.6 (Instructions for Submitting Proposals-Past Performance), it states that past performance will be considered relevant if the Offeror references Operations and Mechanical Maintenance Services in multiple locations. Must each referenced contract/project contain multiple facilities within a geographical area?
Yes.
6. What is the latest date that questions can be submitted?
One week before proposals are due.
7. Section L of the subject solicitation defines what the proposal should consist of, but there are no instructions as to how to submit the proposal, e.g, 1 original proposal and 2 hard copies; 1 electric copy on CD; etc. Please provide instructions as soon as possible.
Please email proposals to Rebecca.vaccari@gsa.gov
