About this file

This document is a Facility Maintenance Plan (FMP) for the Fort Indiantown Gap Air National Guard (ANG) fuel storage and dispensing facilities located at 1044 York Road in York, Pennsylvania. The site contains four fuel storage tanks: two diesel fuel tanks (10,000 gallon capacity) and two mogas (gasoline) storage tanks (6,000 gallon capacity), along with a fueling station with card and key lock systems, electronic equipment, and exterior lighting.

The maintenance plan provides detailed documentation of each facility component, including specific maintenance requirements, UFC (Unified Facilities Criteria) section references, and unique component identifiers. The plan outlines maintenance tasks for various system components such as dispensers, tanks, valves, electronic equipment, hoses, nozzles, and electrical systems. The document is part of a comprehensive maintenance approach that ensures operational readiness, compliance with regulations, and systematic tracking of facility infrastructure, with maintenance frequencies and special considerations specified for each asset.
