About this file
The provided file is a Federal W-9 form from the Department of the Treasury Internal Revenue Service, which is a standard tax identification and certification document used for reporting income and tax purposes. This W-9 form is related to a state and local contract opportunity for Law Enforcement Uniforms (Bid #2025-007-7032) issued by Dallas County, Texas. The contract seeks to establish a five-year service price agreement with two potential one-year renewal options for purchasing law enforcement uniforms for multiple county agencies, including the Dallas County Sheriff's Department, Dallas County Marshals Service, Dallas County Fire Marshal's Office, and Dallas County Constables.
The W-9 form itself does not provide specific pricing details or funding information for the uniform contract. However, the related contract opportunity indicates this is a comprehensive uniform procurement process for various law enforcement and public safety personnel within Dallas County. The contract's structure allows for a primary five-year term with flexibility for two additional annual renewals, which suggests a strategic approach to long-term uniform supply and potential price stability for the county's public safety departments.
