About this file
This document is an RFI (Request for Information) response providing clarification on page limitations for a proposal's Volume I submission. The clarification specifies that Volume I must contain two separate sections: Technical Capability (15 pages maximum) and Past Performance (10 pages maximum). The document emphasizes that these are distinct page counts, not combined limits, and that the Technical Capability section should address evaluation factors outlined in Section M. For the Past Performance section, offerors are instructed to provide 3 relevant contracts from the last 3 years, with a maximum of 10 pages. The response also notes a terminology adjustment, recommending that "Technical Proposal" be read as "Technical Capability" to align with the evaluation factors.

RFI Response - Section L.2 Page Limitations Clarification
Thank you for your question regarding the page limitations in Section L.2.
You are correct to seek clarification on this point. The page limitations are structured as follows:
Volume I should contain two separate sections:
• Technical Capability: 15 pages maximum
• Past Performance: 10 pages maximum
The reference to "Technical Proposal" in the page limitations section should be read as "Technical Capability" to align with the evaluation factors outlined in Section M.
Clarification:
• Technical Capability section (addressing evaluation factors in Section M): 15 pages maximum
• Past Performance section (provide 3 relevant contracts from last 3 years): 10 pages maximum
These are separate page counts, not combined limits. Your Technical Capability section can be up to 15 pages, and your Past Performance section can be up to 10 pages, both within Volume I of your proposal.
