This document package solicits proposals for an Integrated Solid Waste Services contract at Edwards Air Force Base in California. The solicitation seeks contractors to provide waste collection, processing, and disposal services for solid waste generated at Edwards AFB. Past performance references shall be submitted using the attached Past Performance Information Form. The solicitation package includes the solicitation document, performance work statement, wage determinations, proposal templates, and model contract terms for this requirement.
