DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR FORCE
AIR FORCE MATERIEL COMMAND
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE OHIO
Date:
TO: Contractor References The Air Force Center Civil Engineer Center is in the process of selecting a contractor for award under the Post Closing Management 2013 (PCM-13) contract. In general terms, this contract shall provide for long-term post closing management services in support of the AF’s privatized projects to include Housing Privatization (HP), Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL), Value Based Transaction (VBT), Voluntary Action Program (VAP) for Real Estate and Environmental issues related to Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) and other Real Estate Transaction (RT) and other Privatized Programs. The length of this contract will be a 5-year ordering period with completion within 12 months after the ordering period. The Government wants to be confident that the contractor selected will be able to successfully accomplish our requirements.
One of the ways the Government intends to evaluate each Offeror is through the verification of the Offeror's past and present performance on other contracts. For this, we must depend on information received from its clients such as yours, which have had firsthand experience with an Offeror.
We have tried to make our questionnaire as quick and simple to complete as possible. We ask that you complete and submit the questionnaire via email at afcee.pcm-13@us.af.mil as soon as possible, but preferably no later than 15 calendar days prior to proposal due date. General contract information was provided by the Offeror. Please confirm this information and, in the text box provided, identify any errors or changes you feel should be made. Then, answer the questions that follow. We would greatly appreciate your comments describing why you rated a particular question the way you did. If you have any questions or difficulty completing the questionnaire, please contact the Contracting Officer via email at afcee.pcm-13@us.af.mil
Thank you for your valuable comments and time.
