About this file

This document is a draft Small Business Participation Commitment template for the Base Infrastructure Modernization (BIM) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract opportunity with the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center.

The template requires offerors to identify their business size and socioeconomic categories. Offerors must then commit to minimum quantitative small business participation requirements by providing proposed dollar values and percentages for the IDIQ ceiling allocated to the prime contractor, total small business subcontracting, and subcontracting goals for small disadvantaged businesses, woman-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Offerors must also complete a table identifying at least five small business subcontractors by name, NAICS code, and small business size standard, including at least one small disadvantaged 8(a) business and one additional small business of any socioeconomic category. Supporting documentation for enforceable subcontracting commitments is required.
