About this file

This document is a draft prior experience scorecard template for evaluating offerors on a federal contract opportunity for base infrastructure modernization industry support. The scorecard will be used to assess offerors' prior experience across four key tasks: network health monitoring, modernization, design, and operation. For each of up to four project references, offerors must demonstrate the reference was a contract over $250,000 annually, occurred from 2018 to 2023, and involved performance of at least one of the four tasks at the specified scale of 1,000 active users or spanning five facilities. Offerors will receive points for each qualified reference and task performed. The minimum total score to pass is 18 points. The federal agency issuing this opportunity is the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center located at Hanscom Air Force Base.
