About this file
This document contains a draft scorecard template for evaluating offeror experience on a prior federal contract opportunity. The scorecard will be used to assess experience in four key tasks: network health monitoring, infrastructure modernization, network design, and network operation. Offerors must demonstrate they performed one or more of the tasks on a past contract between October 2018 and December 2023. The tasks require experience managing a network of at least 5,000 active users across five separate facilities. References will be validated and scored based on completion of the scorecard questions. Offerors must achieve a minimum total score and task range score to be considered for the Base Infrastructure Modernization opportunity with the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center.
