About this file
This document is a scorecard template for evaluating offerors' prior experience on federal network infrastructure projects. It requires offerors to provide references for up to four past projects involving tasks like network health monitoring, modernization, design, and operation supporting at least 1,000 active users. References must be recent contracts valued over $250,000 annually or for projects, and cannot have been terminated for default. Offerors will receive points based on having performed required tasks for references meeting the criteria. A minimum total score of 18 is needed to demonstrate acceptable prior experience. The scorecard includes instructions and sections for offerors to provide details for up to four references and contact information to validate performance.
The related federal contract opportunity is a special notice for Industry Day 3 of the Base Infrastructure Modernization program. The solicitation number is FA8726-EITAAS-BIM-ID04 and it is issued by the Department of the Air Force Materiel Command Lifecycle Management Center located at Hanscom Air Force Base.
