The Incumbent’s End of Contract Transition plan will consist of the following:
1. No major work/deliveries by Boeing in the last three months of the current contract.
2. New contractor could arrange to come in for scheduled periods of time to become familiar with equipment and software. Familiarization would include operating the equipment and going over TO data.
3. Complete closeout inventories listed below in coordination with Government representatives; support new contractor oversight, on a non-interference basis, of the closeout inventory process.
a. Site and TSSC GFP and CFP inventories
b. RSP inventory
c. Training Device PCA/FCA
d. Site and TSSC Documentation inventory
4. Boeing will provide the new contractor with non-proprietary information and training to ensure an efficient and effective transition. Training would include starting up, operating the devices, and shutting down IAW the TOs.
5. Participate in a transition planning/coordination meeting with Government and new contractor representatives. Moving date will be established at this meeting.
6. Make employees available, on a non-interference basis, for interviews with the new contractor.
7. Provide, on a non-interference basis, training on non-proprietary TDAS hardware and software for new contractor personnel.
8. Support requests for transfer of personnel clearances for employees accepting job offers with the new contractor.
9. After proper coordination, authorization, and scheduling with Boeing, it is the responsibility of a new contractor to crate/move/ship the Government owned contents of the TSSC. New contractor will assume liability of the TSSC contents once inventory is taken and the crating/moving/shipping process begins. New contractor will be responsible for all supplies and labor associated with crating/moving/shipping. Boeing will load the shipping unit(s) on to contractor provided truck for shipping. Boeing will assume no liability in shipping.
