The contents of the Tab entitled, "INVENTORY" is the Government's tracked and internally verified inventory as of 2 December 2010. This inventory is the basis upon which all offers should be built. Due to time constraints, the Government is unable to perform a hand-count verification of the complete inventory. However, the Government's confidence in the accuracy of this inventory is very high. It is imperative that all offerors understand the inventory will fluctuate from the time of Formal RFP release and contract award. However, no changes to the inventory listing provided in the Bidder's Library will be made until right before the contract Period of Performance begins. At that time, the Government plans to conduct a full inventory prior to the Period of Performance beginning and intends to invite the successor Contractor to participate. The output of that full inventory will become the Government-Furnished Property list that is attached to the resulting contract of this potential solicitation.
